Meet our ingredients:

• Catnip: This herb isn’t just for cats! Catnip has mild sedative effects, helping to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. It's a natural choice for easing tension and preparing your body for sleep.
• Lemon Balm: Known for its calming and soothing properties, lemon balm helps to relieve stress and anxiety. It works gently to relax the mind and body, making it easier for you to fall asleep.
• Chamomile: A time-honored sleep aid, chamomile is renowned for its ability to calm the nerves and improve sleep quality. It helps to soothe the mind and relax the muscles, providing a gentle push towards dreamland.

Directions: With 8oz worth of boiling water, take 1-2 teaspoon of this herbal blend into your tea ball or into your tea bag. Allow for it to steep for 7-13 minutes (covered if possible). Remove your tea bag or ball. Enjoy your herbal blend!
