All sales are final. Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our herbal blends, muslin bags, and wooden honey dippers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@theherbtician.com with a photo of the item. While we cannot accept returns, we will work with you to address the issue and ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.
