    •    Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

    •    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Order Tracking

    •    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    •    Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues

    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

    •    If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@theherbtician.com. While we cannot accept returns, we’ll work with you to make it right.
