Respiratory Support: Mullein is highly effective in treating respiratory issues. It helps to loosen and expel mucus (as an expectorant), soothe irritated tissues (as a demulcent), and reduce inflammation, making it beneficial for coughs, colds, bronchitis, and asthma.

Caution: Avoid taking mullein if allergic to it or anything in the daisy family.
Small: around 10-16 cups (1oz)
Directions: With 8oz worth of boiling water, take 1-2 teaspoon of this herb into your tea ball or into your tea bag. Allow for it to steep for 7-13 minutes (covered if possible). Remove your tea bag or ball. Enjoy your herbal infusion!
