Meet our ingredients

  • Elderberry: Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, elderberry is a natural remedy for colds and flu. It helps to boost the immune system and alleviate respiratory symptoms.
  • Ginger Root: This warming herb is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-nausea properties. Ginger root helps to soothe sore throats, reduce congestion, and settle upset stomachs.
  • Rose Hips: Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, rose hips support the immune system and help to reduce inflammation. They add a tangy flavor and extra health benefits to the blend.

Directions: With 8oz worth of boiling water, take 1-2 teaspoon of this herbal blend into your tea ball or into your tea bag. Allow for it to steep for 7-13 minutes (covered if possible). Remove your tea bag or ball. Enjoy your herbal blend!
